Join the Life More Simply Review Panel by filling out the form below. This will put you into my database so that I can email you optional short surveys to fill out that will help us create the perfect clothing and diaper line for our little ones. I will also make sure you're the first-to-know about the launch, how to get in on reviewing the products, and what you can do to earn or win FREE products.
We need to get everyone involved in this project, so spread the word to have a chance at winning more free things! If someone you refer (they must list your first name and last initial in the "referral" box at the bottom of the form) wins something for filling out a survey, YOU WILL WIN, too! On top of that, the person with the highest number of referrals (over 25) will win a super fabulous gift, too, on the product line's launch date (either a large gift certificate or products). To count, each person you refer must complete at least two surveys.
